Writing, more so poetry, is an extremely intimate exercise. Sharing the first drafts almost feels like opening up your heart to someone. Chance has given me the privilege to both be a silent listener to someone’s raw emotions and have another person be the same anchor for me. I explore the beauty of this relationship here.
